Recurring subscriptions, cancellations and the fixed 15-day refund window.

Last updated: April 10, 2026. This policy explains how the 1-day trial, the recurring 15-day and 30-day subscriptions, and buyer-facing cancellation and refund handling work when checkout is completed through Paddle.

  • 15-day recurring subscription billed at EUR 9.99 until cancelled.
  • 30-day recurring subscription billed at EUR 19.99 until cancelled.

Renewals and cancellation

How future renewals stop

  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not undo the already billed access period.
  • You can manage billing, cancel a subscription or review buyer support options via paddle.net or the subscription confirmation email sent after purchase.

Refund window

When refund requests can be reviewed

  • Refund requests can be submitted within 15 days of the relevant subscription charge date.
  • Charges older than 15 days fall outside the refund window.
  • The trial itself is free, so there is no trial charge to refund.
