How it works

How Hamburg rental alerts move from the public website into a private Telegram workflow.

This page is about process only: how a renter moves from route discovery and public preview into trial activation, filters, alert delivery and support inside Telegram.

Step 1

Pick the route that matches your search.

Start from the page that fits your rental intent: Hamburg apartment alerts, WBS alerts, district-specific alerts or WG alerts.

Step 2

Set the filters that matter.

After activation you can focus the feed by district, price, rooms, WBS and similar constraints, so the alerts stay useful instead of noisy.

Step 3

Receive Telegram alerts while listings are still fresh.

New matches land in Telegram where you can react quickly. The public website stays lightweight and the private live flow stays in the bot.

Step 4

Use support and pricing only when you need them.

Start with the free trial, then switch to a paid plan only if the feed proves useful. The support route stays visible when payment or access gets stuck.

Public side of the flow

The website proves route, trust and pricing before you open Telegram.

The public site is intentionally light. It is there to explain the route, show public preview examples, make FAQ and legal links easy to find and keep pricing understandable before the user commits to anything. That is why the route pages are separated into city-wide, WBS, district and WG intents: they are public decision points, not the private live feed itself.

  • The website is where search engines and new users understand the product and the route structure.
  • The public preview shows format and intent, but not a user's private live alert stream.
  • Pricing, FAQ, support and privacy stay connected to the same public route network.

Private side of the flow

Telegram keeps the fast part of the product personal and account-aware.

Once the user starts the trial, Telegram becomes the place where filters, payment state, support and the live feed all stay attached to one account. That reduces friction because the user does not have to manage a separate website account just to keep alerts, plan status and support context aligned.

Trial activation happens in Telegram, not in a detached website dashboard.

District, budget, room and WBS filters are refined after activation inside the same flow.

Paid access is applied to the Telegram account that opened the bot.

Support is faster because it can review payment and activation inside the same account context.

Search paths

Choose the route that matches your apartment search and keep the CTA close to Telegram.
