  • The website and Telegram bot provide rental-listing alerts focused on Hamburg.
  • The service monitors configured public sources, applies filters and forwards qualifying alerts to Telegram.
  • The service is intended for users in Germany and the European Union, but the operator is located in Ukraine.
  • The service is intended exclusively for adult users (18+). We do not intentionally collect or process personal data of minors.

Who may receive the data

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the website, database and bot environment.
  • Telegram, when you interact with the bot or pay inside Telegram. Telegram acts as an independent controller for its own platform processing.
  • Payment-related service providers used for the selected checkout route, where applicable.
  • Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

International transfers

Processing outside the European Union

  • Because the operator is located in Ukraine, personal data may be accessed or processed outside the EU.
  • Telegram and other technical providers may also process data in countries outside the EU or EEA.
  • Transfers of personal data to Ukraine are carried out on the basis of Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR, because this is necessary to provide you with the service you requested.
  • Where infrastructure providers are used for hosting and delivery, the operator relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

Retention

How long data is stored

  • Technical logs, including IP addresses and error data, are stored for no longer than 30 days.
  • Account, subscription and support data are kept for as long as you use the service and are deleted on request, unless retention is required by law.
